 WHOLESALE HUB – FAQ & TROUBLESHOOTING

Welcome to our Wholesale Hub! Here’s everything you need to know to ensure smooth sailing when placing an order. If you’re having trouble accessing your account or seeing the right pricing, read on—we’ve got you covered!


1. How do I get access to the Wholesale Hub?

You’ll need to sign up for a wholesale account via the "Wholesale" link in our main website menu. Once you've filled out the form, your account will go through a manual approval process.

Please allow up to 48 hours for approval. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is active.


2. Why can't I see wholesale prices?

Wholesale pricing will only display once you are logged in to your approved wholesale account.

✅ Make sure you are:

  • Logging in via the Shopify login page on our website

  • Not using the Shop app (which can cause display issues)

  • Clicking into individual product pages (prices won’t show on the collection/grid view)

If you’re logged in but still not seeing pricing, reach out—we may need to reset your account.


3. Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, there is a €150 minimum order value (or the equivalent in your local currency). This is required to:

  • Activate wholesale pricing at checkout

  • Maintain fair access and deter retail-level purchases

If your cart total is below the minimum, checkout will not function properly and prices may revert to retail.


4. Why is the checkout acting strange?

If your cart is under €150, it may not let you proceed to checkout.
Also, always:

  • Log in through our website

  • Go to the cart page first, then proceed to checkout (not directly to checkout)

This ensures the system recognises your wholesale status.


5. I'm still not seeing the right prices—what else could it be?

A few other things to check:

  • VPNs: If you're using a VPN or location-masking software, our pricing logic may not display correctly. Try disabling your VPN and refreshing the page.

  • Outdated browsers or devices: Some older versions of Safari, Internet Explorer, or mobile browsers can prevent prices from showing properly. Try switching to an updated browser like Chrome or Firefox for best results.


6. Can I use the Wholesale Hub on mobile?

Yes, but for the best experience (especially during checkout), we recommend using a desktop browser. Avoid the Shop app.


7. What if I'm still having issues?

We’re here to help! Email us with the following info:

  • How you logged in (Shopify login, Shop app, etc.)

  • Whether you clicked into the product page

  • A screenshot if possible

  • What browser or device you’re using

If needed, we’ll process your order manually while we resolve the issue.


8. Support & Response Times
